Rules for Buy:

Tick ??chart is in oversold zone and begins to show signs of upward movement.

Rate of price change on the speedometer reaches 2.3 ticks per second or higher.

Exit when the price reaches on the tick chart overbought zone and starts moving down. At the same time speed on the speedometer falls below 1.5 ticks per second.
Rules for Sell:

Tick ??chart is in overbought zone and begins to show signs of downward movement. Rate of price change on the speedometer reaches 2.3 ticks per second or higher.

Exit when the price reaches tick chart oversold zone and begins to move up. At the same time speed on the speedometer falls below 1.5 ticks per second.

Also exit the trade if the loss exceeds 10-15 points (depending on the volatility pairs).
